NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SWIM FOR HYGIENE REASONS


Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Farai London we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 7 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Farai London when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Reason for refund



Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card within 5-10 working days. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items are non-refundable.


Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

EXCHANGES
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Farai London we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Farai London when sent back.

Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.

If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase at info@farailondon.com

If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.
