Exchange Policy

Farai London run an Exchange Only policy.

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Farai London we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Farai London when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

For international returns we know they can be expensive, so please email us and we will send a link to purchase a discounted label from us to send your exchange back.

Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.

If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase at exchanges@farailondon.com

If your size is unavailable after you place an order, you will be given a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This varies between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as this is out of our control.
